Higgsfield pays thousands of people to post videos made with its tool, and those videos are its ads. This page shows how they do it, what we would copy, the membership levels, the video rules, and the order to launch in.
No. The idea is sound. It only works if it's built in the right order and kept clear of the "pay to earn" trap.
Left: what they really do (checked on their live pages on 15 Oct 2026). Right: our version.
| Piece | Higgsfield | Acquisitions Advisor (ours) |
|---|---|---|
| The "tool" | 50+ AI video models in one place, 100+ viral presets, new models added within 24 h | The Deal Feed: real businesses for sale every day (from our sourcing engine, public listing data only), each with a ready-made video card (price, cash flow, "would you buy this?"). Plus script templates, an AI avatar or face-to-camera kit, and the AI deal platform |
| Why people pay | Credits to make videos, better models, "unlimited" weeks | Learn to buy, sell or advise; live calls; the deal feed; tools; the brand (top level) |
| Levels | Free · Starter €19 · Plus €47 · Ultra €99/mo (annual) · Teams from €65 per seat | Mensch $27 · Pro $99 · Advisor $297/mo (section 3), then done-for-you upsells |
| Earn program | "Find campaign → make submission → upload video → take money." Paid per approved video plus 24 h and day-7 view bonuses, up to $1,000 on day 1 and $2,500 a video | Advisor Earn: the same 4 steps. A fixed amount per approved video plus a view bonus, with caps. Open to everyone, members or not |
| Content rule | Must be made with Higgsfield tools, with the product shown, a tracking link or code, posted in the campaign window, and an ad disclosure | Must be about buying, selling or advising on a business. Use a Deal Feed card or our script. Tracking link in the bio or caption, #ad, and no income promises |
| Partner tier | Creator Partnership Program: free full plan every month, extra credits, a dedicated contact, featured work, an affiliate link. By application, any audience size | Featured Creators: free Pro level, the monthly deal "first look", featured on our channels, a dedicated contact. By application |
| Affiliate | Affiliate link for partners | Skool's built-in affiliate commission on all levels. One level only: no pay on the people your referrals bring in |
| Upsell | Teams and Enterprise: a $99 user became a $6M-a-year account | Done-for-you Advisor launch ($24k / $35k / $50k), done-for-you buyer program, deal co-investing |
| Fraud control | Automatic checks; bought views mean rejection; one appeal; payout can be clawed back | The same. Verify the account (a code in the bio), no bought views, one appeal, a 14-day hold before payout |
| Where it hurt them | Late creator payouts, throttled "unlimited" plans, deepfakes, an X ban, a Forbes exposé | Pay on time, every Friday. No celebrity faces, no fake deals, no income screenshots. A real person approves every video in month 1 |
All of these sit inside the existing Skool group (Skool supports paid tiers and affiliate commission). Earn is open at every level, including free.
Clash to settle first: Tim Whipple paid $6,000 a year for brand email and a profile. $297 a month is $3,564 a year, so the new level undercuts what he paid. Options: (a) make the Advisor level $497/mo, or $6,000 a year upfront, which is Tim's deal; or (b) keep $297 with a 12-month minimum, and give Tim something extra. My pick is (a).
Above the levels, sold on a call: Done-for-you Advisor launch ($24k / $35k / $50k), done-for-you buying ($50k program), co-investing (accredited investors only).
| Approved video | $10 |
| View bonus | $1.00 per 1,000 views (counted on day 7) |
| Cap | $300 a video · $1,500 a creator a month |
| Total budget | $1,000 a month for the test, stops when it runs out |
| Affiliate (Skool) | 30% of the level price, while the member stays |
| Deal referral | A flat fee when a business or buyer you sent signs with us. Amount set by lawyer (see section 10) |
Higgsfield keeps its rates secret and decides them per creator. Ours are simpler and public: one rate for everyone, so nobody has to buy a level to get a better deal.
| Format | Hook example | AI avatar or face? |
|---|---|---|
| Deal of the day | "This plumbing business makes $410k a year and it's for sale. Would you buy it?" | Either; works best with the deal card on screen |
| Buy vs start | "Why I'd buy a boring business before I'd start one" | Face |
| Seller story | "The owner is 67 and has no one to hand it to. Here's what happens next." | AI avatar + B-roll |
| Numbers explainer | "What SDE means in 30 seconds" | AI avatar |
| Advisor day | "What a business-buying advisor actually does all day" | Face (Advisor level only) |
| The viewer is… | Sent to | We earn from |
|---|---|---|
| Wants to buy a business | Skool Mensch → done-for-you buyer call | Membership, the $50k program |
| Owns a business, may sell | "What's my business worth?" form → advisor in their area | Sell-side fee (the advisor or us) |
| Wants to make money with deals | Skool → Pro / Advisor → done-for-you Advisor call | Levels, the $24–50k launch |
| Wants to make videos | Earn sign-up (free) | The content itself, which is our ad |

| Item | Low | Good |
|---|---|---|
| Earn budget a month | $1,000 | $3,000 |
| Cost per 1,000 views | $2 | $0.50 |

Compare: the same $1,000 on Meta at $10 per 1,000 buys 100,000 views. Every rate here is a guess until week 5.
| Creator | A month |
|---|---|
| New, 4 videos × 5k views | 4 × ($10 + $5) = $60 |
| Steady, 12 videos × 30k views + 10 Pro referrals | 12 × $40 + 10 × $30 = $780 |
| Top, 20 videos × 150k views (hits the cap) + 1 business sent that signs | $1,500 + referral fee |
| Risk | Guard |
|---|---|
| Looks like a pyramid or a "business opportunity" | Earn is free to join. Pay is for views, not for recruiting. Affiliate is one level only. No "buy Pro to earn more". No income claims on any page |
| Paying unlicensed people on business sales | A flat referral fee paid when a client signs with us, not a share of the sale price. The lawyer checks state broker and finder rules before this goes live |
| Brand damage (the Higgsfield lesson) | A person approves every video for the first 2 months. A takedown clause. The brand email only after the certification test |
| FTC endorsement rules | #ad on every paid video. AI avatars labelled. No fake testimonials |
| Confusion with Hormozi's Acquisition.com | Never use his name or face. Always "Acquisitions.com", with the "s" |
| Late payouts | Pay every Friday from a pre-funded budget. Stop campaigns when the budget runs out; never owe creators money |
| Too much at once | Launch in the SOP order. Each step needs the numbers from the step before |
| # | Question | My recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Advisor level price, given Tim's $6,000 a year | $497/mo, or $6,000 a year upfront |
| 2 | Test budget for Earn | $1,000 a month for 4 weeks |
| 3 | Who approves videos for the first 2 months | A VA screens, you approve on Friday (15 min) |
| 4 | Deal referral fee (after the lawyer) | A flat $500 when a seller signs; $1,000 when a buyer signs done-for-you |
